Experienced riders really don't have to worry too much about engine size since they have the experience with driving motorcycles. If you're not comfortable with heavy bikes, then you'll want to purchase a lighter model so that you can handle it. These are just a few examples of how you're physical profile can affect your purchase decision.

The other factor that will play a role in your decision making process is your budget. Since different makes and models come with different price tags, you'll want to identify what your limit so you know which of those makes and models fall within your limit. This will make it easier to identify which motorcycles you will be able to purchase.

If you don't mind taking a little time to shop around, chance are you can find some pretty good deals, especially if your timing is right. Dealers may adjust there prices during different times of the year. You're probably more likely to find a good deal at the end of the riding season since this is when dealers are trying to get rid of excess inventory in order to make room for the new models coming in. You may be able to find some good deals on closeouts during this time. Also, if you're not set on buying a motorcycle from the current year, you may be able to find some great deals on brand new out of the box motorcycles that were made in the previous year or two.
